The digital transformation measurement program is an initiative developed by the Digital Government Authority, based on paragraph five of article four of Council of Ministers Decision No. (418) dated 25/07/1442 H, regarding the issuance of measurements, indicators, tools, and reports to assess the performance of government entities and their capabilities in the field of digital governance, as well as beneficiary satisfaction. This program aims to keep up with the advancements in digital transformation, helping government entities showcase their efforts to achieve greater excellence in this journey. The authority launched a document outlining basic digital transformation standards that includes two main sections: the standards derived from royal decrees and Cabinet decisions, and the digital transformation standards themselves. The document also covers application requirements and compliance levels for each standard. Additionally, it emphasizes innovation in digital transformation, through which we aim to promote the best creative digital models and solutions, encouraging government entities to utilize emerging technologies and create developmental and innovative opportunities in the public sector.
